Issues with info bar plugin

Hi, I can't seem to get my InfoBar changes to stick. The image keeps disappearing and my background and font colors have changed and I can't get them to go back to the default. Redirect also does not seem to be working.

ALSO!!! Since installing the plugin, my footers seem to be broken. They are being listed vertically instead of horizontally???

Hi. I'm having a similar issue with this plugin on another theme. The site is www.floridabeacon.com. The plugin is working, but my icon is not showing up in the bar. I can see it in my custom bar list, but not on the site. Thanks.
