Issues with "Static Page", "Review" feature, etc,.

1. I want to put up a "Coming Soon" Sign on the home page
of my website while I'm working on it, but when I created a
new page and tried to assign it to my home page by choosing
the "Static Page" option link in the "Homepage" settings under
"Customize", nothing happens; it doesn't take effect. The
page doesn't even refresh. I need to get this taken care of
ASAP because I do not want any one accessing my site before
it launches.

2. The "Review" feature does not work on the majority of the
listings. It only displays on very few of them.

3. I also noticed sometimes one listing's information mysteriously
gets switched with another, so I have to keep double and triple-
checking.
