Because of an other issue I provided you my login details to fix this matter.

Now I open my website today and I found out that many settings are disappeared.

You made my website compatible with WooCommerce but thats is no longer

Also the product feature isn't possible to upload.

Can you please help me to make this correct again.

May be you have re install the theme or you changed the theme.
Will you please resend details to fix this again.
And always keep a copy of the customized theme.
