It's unfortunate for beautiful themes but hard to work with

Why offer nice themes if a regular joe can't even go about editing simple stuff in it?

I posted other questions and sent emails via puri.... Just to wait on a response takes time and i get a one sentence reply of "edit in theme options" or something like that. Of course I have tried figuring it out by myself in all the tabs. I would not post a thread here if I have found the answer myself. I wish you would extend some help like in the regular themes forum. Inkthemes is very helpful to their customers.

 

I also sent an admin username/password to your support email. as of this writing i am still waiting.

 

i have sent emails of specific issues i need help with. like i can't upload photos and i dont know what im doing wrong. it said http error. why is it so different/difficult than the regular themes?
