Help please, I have never had this problem with any of your themes. I added a page called patient forms on my site. you can see it here http://lbtherapy.com/patient-forms/ The form information submits to the jetpack feedback section but does not send the email out to the person who should be receiving the notifications. I have disabled plugins, double checked and the form works on other websites with inkthemes themes without issue. What is wrong, how can we fix this?

The jetpack form I created works fine in your Blackbird theme. It is not the comment form that is having an issue, it is a contact form. See link http://lbtherapy.com/patient-forms/ The information when submitted, shows up in the Feedback on the dashboard, however the email does not go out to the email address is not sent out to notify my client. This worked fine in the Blackbird theme. As for the link you sent the comment_form() is missing in the comment.php however I am not sure it is going to help the contact form go out? Could be wrong on this though.

It is not an issue with Jetpack support. They are asking me to talk to you. The form is working in every other theme except Business Grow. In addition I have attempted two other form plugins with the same end result. It is a problem with the theme. Please address. Thank you

Hi, I have filled out the email id properly, set up the form properly (copied it and used it in other ink themes templates to test and worked fine), tried different email addresses. Still not resolved.
This does not help me. I dont care about the comments. I need the CONTACT form to submit to email NOT the comments. Right now when the form on this page is filled out http://lbtherapy.com/patient-forms/ the data shows up in the Feedback area on the dashboard, but it will NOT send out the NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL. I have used the exact same form on other inkthemes sites (literally copy and pasted the exact same form) and it works perfectly fine. There is something wrong with this theme. In addition when I create a new page in the template and use your template "contact page" it does not work either. Which tells me there is something wrong with CONTACT submissions because this is happening within the template as well as with the Jetpack plugin. The comments submissions come across just fine.
