Hello and thank you for your support. You guys are great. I have installed a plugin called Visual Form Builder and there is a field on the form where users can select a date and when they click on the field, a calendar pops up. The calendar pops up on any other theme but for some reason on the infoway theme no calendar comes up when the user clicks on the field. Here is a link below to see: http://themightymoversllc.com/pricing-estimates/ scroll down to "moving date" and if you click "first choice date" you can see that no calendar comes up. However with any other theme, the calendar comes up. I'm thinking the JS is conflicting with the theme's JS? how can we fix this? I really need the calendar to popup. Hello, Our theme is compatible with almost all the plugin but there are multiple plugins available in WordPress therefore it is not possible to check every plugin with the theme, You can search the alternative of that plugin it may work fine with the theme. Or You can also contact to plugin related support forum they will provide solution for that.
Thanks for your reply. I understand what you are saying but this is a form plugin and the date picker field will not produce the jQuery calendar when you click on it. I really really need to use this plugin and only this one because I have a huge form for it. I already contacted the support team for the plugin and they said I need to disable a javascript in my theme for it to work. Please take a look at the screenshot and tell me what I need to do, please this is a website I made for a client so it is very important :/ Here is a screenshot:
I am also having this issue, the Visual Form Builder plugin requires JQUERY 1.7 and I am using the Infoway Theme that is using JQUERY 1.4 - Is there a way to update the theme to using JQUERY 1.7 ?
Hello, Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.
