Just bought Figero but how make transparency in main picture?

The telephones in Figero theme appear to have transparency showing the gradation of blue in the background.
Even if i add a .png or a .tiff image, i still get an image as a white box where i should have transparency.
How do i get rid of the white area and keep the transparency that was in the origianal .PSD file

We have checked your image and it contains white background, Use transparent background image for your slider. It will look fine.
Use Photoshop or any other photo editing tool to make an image transparent.
