kayva pro header tags

I've used a developer to convert a dnn website and chosen this theme but there are H1 2 and 3 tags all over the place! They said its due to the template - how can I change this? I think these tags should only be used for the main page content?
H1 tags have been used for menu, post navigation, social links, news in pictures, category posts, follow us on Google+, feedburner widget, recent comments.
H2 tags have been used for sources of advice and the DVD clips
H3 tags for about admin, related posts, business recycling, permalinks and leave a reply.

Thanks for the note. H1, H2, H3 tag is for the purpose of SEO. What you would like to have in place of this tags can you please let me know so that i can guild you in which file you have to make edits manually.

It's the H1 tags mainly - it looks like they've been applied to all the widgets + menu + post navigation. h1 should just be used for the main page subject matter?

Sorry for the delay in reply actually there are no mail notification is coming for the reply so i was not able to track the user response that's why the reply is delayed from my side. I have send the theme zip folder to the admin to re upload after they upload the zip file of theme. You guys can download it again and replace below mention 4 files in your theme directory.

1) functions.php
2) content.php
3) featured-content.php
4) flexslider.php
