Language problem in contact emails

When using the contact form to send admin a message there are a few problems I need to know how to solve.
First the subject line, now it looks like this: [PHP Snippet] from Stefan
How to remove that "PHP Snippet" part and second how to customize it as I want it, like:
"Message from mysite.com" or something similar ?

Second, my site is in Swedish and when I type in Swedish characters in the body text it really looks bad and looks like this:

I type in: åäö ÅÄÖ
It it become: åäö ÅÄÖ

This I also need a fix for as soon as possible ...

Beside above, I like your theme(s) and plugins so I hope my problem has a quick fix

For your second issue please send us your WordPress dashboard admin login details at [email protected]. so that, we can have a look over the issues in detail and will try to resolve them ASAP.

WordPress password:

Note: Once your issue get resolved, you can change your password.

My first problem solved, I got that "PHP Snippets" removed now
I also sent you a mail with url and login info so you can look at and fix my secont problem with foreign characters like åäö ÅÄÖ in those contact emails the site send ...

Works like a charm

May I ask what the problem was and what you did ?
...and will this fix be included in your distribution files, when new versions released?
