No, you have missunderstood me. I have to change every write in theme to Turkish. For example; Custom fields, No Review, and everything in the theme. When i change the custom fields it doesn't support Turkish characters like "ı,ş,ö,ç,ğ". I write "Başlık", it shows "Ba?l?k". I have to change these "No Review, 1 Review, % Reviews" but from where?. I have found language files in theme directory, i have changed it but nothing changed. Can anybody help me?

For this Go to the Theme directory > Lang > default.po and copy that po file to your desktop and open it with poeditor, Translate it and save it. You will get default.mo file. Replace that "default.mo" file with the existing .mo(Theme directory > Lang > default.mo) file.
