Lead Capture Covering Text

Please can you tell me why this is happening with the lead capture form on my homepage and how to fix it? It is cover the welcome text below.

Hello Dom,

I think you are using very old version of IE.
Please check your site in latest versions. It will look fine.
And also set browser zoom to default 100% (if not set).
