I have seen similar posts but none had a solution for this. The only way I managed to see the Lead Capture Form somewhere is by dragging and dropping the relevant widget into the "Primary Widget Area" instead of the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" where I thought it should be. Any suggestions?

hi, the site under construction which I am referring to is: alexdimartino.com What I was trying to say is that I tried placing the Lead Capture Form on the home page dragging and dropping the "Lead Capture Black Rider Widget" into the ""Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" where I thought it should have been placed. But it didnt show up therefore I tried dropping it in the "Primary Widget Area" and it show, not greatly, in home page. Today, without changing anything, the Lead Capture Form shows also on the bottom of the site. I dont really understand why. Thanks for your help.
Hello, It may be a cache issue, so clear the cache of your system. "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" works only for front page.
Hi, do you mean the cache of my browser? I did that, and I tried with different browsers but it still like that. Also, I applied the css code to get rid of the slider in the Lead Capture Form but it applies only to the second form, the one at the bottom of the page not in front page. I really urgently need your help in solving this problem. I bought this theme confidently but now I am stuck on this. Please advise. Thanks
Update: Now I have completely deactivated/removed the Lead Capture Form, yet it is still showing in front page and instead of the second one at the bottom, there is a Facebook widget which I didnt place there. This theme seems to me to be all over the place.... I am so unhappy of this purchase to be honest....
Hello, Please let me explain theme working. "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" is responsible for the area where the facebook widget is. So if you want to add any other widget in that area. Then you can add it in the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area". Lead capture form at the slider have nothing to do with the widget area. To remove it. You need to add custom css. Let me clarify this: I did NOT plane ANY widget into the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" but still the Lead Capture Form is still there -- how do you explain this please? Basically NOTHING is inside the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" yet I have the Lead Capture form AND the Facebook widget showing up. How is that possible??
Hello Alex, I think there is some problem with your browser. Please check site in another browser or in another system. I have not seen lead capture form at the home page widget area. That's why i told you that theme is working normally. Please check screenshot. If you have nothing inside the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" then only facebook widget will display because it's a default widget. Added there just for demo.
