Hi all, I have a really weird issue but im not sure what the cause is. I came in to work this morning and was told of an issue with the lead capture form on our website and sure enough its duplicating every field that a person would fill in (see pic). This site has been running since 2013 with no issues and just really strange this has happened. Im not a web developer but i know enough to get me by but this one has me stumped! has anyone got any suggestions please. thanks in advance!
