Lead capture form has no placeholder text

On my site, the lead capture form has no placeholder text and when I click in a field, a red warning text appears. See attached image. (I see 98London.com has placeholder text in the various fields).

Could you help?

 

Which browser do you using? If you are using IE8, placeholder unable to see, we'll release next version soon for it.

 

I use several browsers. IE9 has the problem. I tested it on Chrome and it's fine. Thanks.
