Lead capture form not sending out emails from homepage

Hi, I love your themes but recently I found out that the "ead capture form" in the homepage for infoway does not seem to be able to send email to me.

Other pages are fine. Please help.

Hello !

Please delete widget from front page widget area and then add new widget for lead capture.

If still issue does not fixed please re install theme to fix this.
