Lead Capture Form on all pages

    Is there any way to place the Lead Capture Form on all pages?

    Hello,

    Go to
    Appearance > Widget
    Drag "LeadsCapture Black Rider" widgets and drop it in the Primary widget area, It will automatically display at your sidebar.
