Is it possible for the "Leads Capture Form" color to be red instead of blue?

Where you are using the form ?

Thank you for sharing screen shot of the concerned area,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the color of that area because, we have applied a background image on that area.

You can disable only that area to appear instead by applying following Custom CSS code in Custom CSS field located in Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Options->Stylings
