Lead Capture - Not a Tight fit on pages

Hello,

The lead capture form on the side of my pages looks odd because the form droops down well below the "Get Funding" button. See my attached image "leadcapture trouble" below to see what I mean.

For the leadcapture on the homepage (which you can find here) does not have this problem. The problem only exists for leadcaptures on other pages/posts on the website.

That worked, but now there's a scroll feature on the lead capture for no reason. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

It only got worse. Now the leadcapture on the homepage is not even AT ALL. Check it out here: fundmylawsuitnow.com.

I need to get this fixed ASAP, please.
