Lead Capture plugin not shown in Dashboard

I just downloaded the latest version of the Lead Capture Pro WP plugin and installed/activated it. I've encountered a problem in that the Lead Capture menu item does not appear in the WP Dashboard -- consequently, I'm not able to setup the form. Need some expert help/guidance on ferreting out the cause of the problem.

I'm using WordPress 3.9.2 and the MyThemeShop Schema theme (https://mythemeshop.com/themes/schema/). Please advise on how I might go about identifying the root cause of the problem.

 

I believe that I have identified the cause of the problem -- namely a WP plugin conflict. The process I used was to "deactivate" all WP plugins except the Lead Capture plugin. Then I "activated" the installed plugins one at a time, until the problem was recreated.

Using this process, I was able to determine that the MyThemeShop Connect plugin caused the problem. I will contact the MyThemeShop support folks about this issue.
