Hi, I have tried to insert the lead capture in my theme but i ended up with the form not displaying correctly displaying other messages like- strings as Warning: mysql_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given inC:\xampp\htdocs\tabconsult\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\inkleadscapturepro\leads-frontend.php on line 125 please see the image -print screen ,the message that I get after activating the plugin.
