Lead Capture Widget Option Not Showing Form

    The Lead Capture Widget Option in Theme options is not showing the form on the home page. When you select Appointment Widget option it shows this.

    It is recommended to select the form from theme options to display them in homepage.

    That's what I am talking about. When you select lead capture only, nothing is displayed on the home page. I have had to revert back to an older version of the theme for this to work. Can you check that this function works

    Hi Praveen,
    I've installed an older version of this theme as this older version works without any problems.
    If it helps I can install newer version again
