Hi, Greetings from InkThemes, It seems that you have not properly configured the Lead Capture widget from the widget area. After installing and activating the Ink Leads Capture Pro Plugin, just go to (Appearance -> Widgets) from your dashboard. Then from the list of available widgets, just select the 'LeadsCapture widget' and drag-and-drop it to the "Home Page Right Feature Widget Area" on the right as shown in the screenshot given below.
