Leads capture not working

    I have WordPress 4.1.1 running Geocraft V2 theme. I have all of the lead capture and captcha settings enabled except for Free listings, which is disabled. I am receiving the emails from both the website lead capture and the sample listing I set up, but the leads are not showing in the Dashboard - Geocraft Settings - Leads Capture. If the system is supposed to capture all leads, even the ones sent to the business owners, I'm not receiving those either via the Dashboard.

    Sameer, I can download a .csv file from Geocraft Settings - Import Export - Export to CSV from listing

    However, under Geocraft Settings - Leads Capture nothing is shown there.

    I have set up a test account with another email and went through the process of email the business listing owner. All of the emails are being delivered correctly but the Leads Capture page shows nothing

    I will also send this reply to the email from Naveen.

    I have contacted my hosting company resellerspanel.com. They disabled ModSecurity entirely for my domain, that did not correct the problem. This is their reply:

    "We have double-checked the Database of the website and all tables appear to be intact, however we are not familiar with the theme in question and it would be best if you could contact the developers so they can try re-installing the theme for you now that ModSecurity has been disabled for the domain."

    I re-installed the theme and WordPress and that did not correct the problem.

    I am receiving both the new user registration and listing subscription notification emails but the data is not appearing in the Leads capture page.

    Any update on this Sameer? I have had to delay the launch of my website until this is corrected. :(

    Sameer, I got tired of waiting. I deleted my entire hosting account and started my website over. Problem solved. Thank you.
