Hi, If someone wants to contact a business with the businesses contact from it send an email to the business but only the message.....no name, no phone number, they do fill it in, but it is not in the e-mail, it really should...... can you fix that? Thanks, Marc
Did you login to the business account and check the leads page in the dashboard? I think all the info is there. So anytime a business gets an email like that they would know to go login to get the lead info. That means they have to go back to the site which is a good thing. More traffic, more exposure to ads, and maybe more upgraded listings.
It's all in the dashboard for sure, and that's a good point, that they need to login to see full information . Happy New Year!
There should be at least a fine print note indicating that they should log into the members area to get their leads.
