Leads Form not sending emails

Hello,

We have installed the theme and have setup the theme options. We have set the email address in the theme options to the same email address in the general settings. However we are still not getting any leads sent by email, they are being stored into the system. I have also sent an email to your support mailbox with url and login information. Please help.
