Link Entire Image in Woodpecker Slider

Ok I found this excellent post on how to make slider images linkable, with using the button caption, you click on the picture and it takes you to the link.

The problem was it did not work on mobile devices - do you guys have a solution?

I am adding the code today to make the sliders clickable, but we want it to work for mobile and ipad versions as well, thanks so much for the help
