Link error in Team Feature LinkedIn URL

Hi. I have all four team features utilized, but the last two have link errors from the Linkedin URL field. Both the
Third Team Feature LinkedIn URL and the Fourth Feature LinkedIn URL have only a proper linkedin url listed in the field, but when the visitor clicks on the link, the linkedin url is added to the main website url, like this:
http://www.fortressfinancialgroup.net/www.linkedin.com/pub/mark-a-taylor-cfp/2/384/249
Which results in an error.
