Link to section on front page from menu

I have included a custom menu on my site which will allow users to navigate through several subpages. This menu is made to look similar to the main menu on the front page. The menu also includes a "contact" entry, which should allow a user to get straight into the "contact" section on the front page.

I managed to add a "contact" anchor on the front page, but linking back from another page will only show the front page and does not scroll down automatically to the "contact" section.

How can I accomplish to scroll down to the intended section automatically?

Sorry for the delay.

Feature you are asking is possible for menus on the front page. But it is not possible for pages other then front page to redirect to the front page and scroll down to the relates part.
