   Is it possible to change the top info bar URL to link to an outside URL (Parent Company)?
   It is currently only showing capability to link to a page within my current URL.

   Go to
   Appearance > Theme Option > Top Infobar Setting > Top Infobar Link URL
   and enter your URL there.
