linking the bottom right picture

When I was looking through my site today I noticed that one of the pictures (the far right one) on the bottom of the page was not linked. Where do I need to go to put the code into link the picture (and what code do I need to put there)? You had directed me to reload the theme when all the pictures were not linked... not sure why the far right one didn't link like the other ones.

You are using the default image, That's why it is not linking. Upload your own image or same image, through Theme options panel.
It will become clickable.
