Links in post are not coloured

Hi,

Is there a way to make the links in all posts show up a different colour because at the moment keywords don't show that they are a link

If you look at the posts for example the google ads post, at the bottom it says get in touch for more.... The get in touch is hyperlinked but it doesn't show.
