Listing Description and Address automatically change

First i edit Listing Description Part through client free listing account, then i log out.
Second i Login to administrator account to change the client Business Listing Package
from FREE to PREMIUM LISTING. Update, and Log out.
Third, I login to client account again, those word which is previously arrange in paragraph
now automatically combine together in Listing Description Part.
And, the address automatically change to other address. But Map is allright, point to correct
location as i previously set in client account. Just the Address automatically change to some other
address.

 

Normally Client make photo arrange in paragraph, after that administrator use ibatupahat account to log in and make some change and update. After that client login with their account again, and found Pictures and Word mess up together.

Tags disappear as well after using administrator to login and update and login again with client account , tag disappear.

I already doing many time double work.

 

both side edit listing should be not influence other side. i keep changing and explaining

 

1. Normally Set Address on Map will not set the exactly location of client't address, then we need to move the mark to correct location, but after that, the address will automatically change to a IMAGINE ADDRESS of the place where we put the mark.

2. The Paragraph automatically combine after administrator account update client listing is a serious problem, it spoil my client WORKS every time i use my administrator to help them to edit their listing, but finally spoil their listing. Need your HELP!

How do we teach client to use those command, they normally do something just by clicking.

Now even the client account the address (Word) will automatically change after several time update.

 

We need helps, that why i request. Because Client's account will change their password, and i couldn't help them to edit their listing with request them to let me have their changed password everytime. If i using my administrator account to edit for them, their content (Paragraph) will mess up (Combine together) every time i use my account to update. If 1 account is ok, but my user keep increasing, what will result to me later, i cannot imagine. I am planning to get them all actively update their listing, and sure some of them rely on us to update for them while they can't fix. I rely on you all. Thank you.

The problem NOT FIX. after update to version 1.7.8: Urgent!

First Problem:

I always need to use administrator account to update Business Listing of my Client, because i need to On and Off their 'Featuthe Listing Description HTML code in Administrator account and Client account are different. re on Home Page Slider' and Feature on Category Page Slider and Update to Paid Listing, etc.

Did you try it yourself after update?

 

Any Solution. or in Progress. because finally i need to approve their Home Page Slider request, then i will be forced to mess up their listing description again. TQ for helping.

 

This sounds like something that they would need to investigate, as this problem does not seem to happen on my version of geocraft.

 

Issue #2 re: the address changing -- I have experienced this as well, it's happened several times in the course of updating a listing while editing the address. After clicking the button to update the map, the address in the address field has changed to a random street number in the address line and I would have to go back manually and re-enter the correct one. eg. 4966 was changed to 35

 

I have found that some times the address will change by a couple numbers as well, or back to the default address.

Could this be google faults? Perhaps the addresses are not registering?

 

6 of my client listing address (Word) already change automatically to other address which is not their address. Do you have any update? Urgent. my client update regularly, because we teach how to update their system. Thank you. Waiting solution.
