Listing Description content disapper

i currently have 3 website, all using same template system

all of them have a same problem:

In client listing description part, if client add content and edit them, all content inside listing description are all in good condition.

but if i use admin account to make same edition for them in their listing description part, then save or publish. After that, my client log in to their account , they found all content in their listing description gone. but they still can view their listing normally, they cannot see and edit their listing description content. How to solve this urgent?

Normally, Client's Listing Description Part and Admin Listing Description look different, Are They Conflict. some of my client lose their content and need to rebuild.

Same thing happen if i use my admin account to make edition on client account. Content in Client Account will disappear, but good in Admin Account.

My Client Listing Description Part normally content: Word (English, Malay or Chinese), embed picture and video.

Currently i use 2 plugin only: User Role Editor and ShareThis

how do you fix it? Anything i doing wrong while setup my website, could you let me know, because i am going to setup many more website using this template again. Seriously. Because it make my client complaint on me, and untrusted me.
