Listing Renewal Period

Hi,
In your new update (1.7.1) , you added Listing Renewal Period module. could you explain me please how it work. i don't understand the purpose of this module.

The Listing Renewal Period module works when your listing is expired. The listing had to me renewed manually by the listing owner, Listing than gets the renewal period from this field and renews the listing for the mentioned time period.

 

Do you mean that the "Listing Renewal Period" will be the "Listing Active Period" after reactivation ? if yes wy don't use the default "Listing Active Period" module ?

 

This option is added to provide more control to the admin.
"Listing Active Period" is active period for new listings. After expiry, Renewal period is over to admin.
Admin can increase or decrease renewal period for those listings.
