Listing renewals not working

I go to the dashboard and it shows two listings require renewal.

I click to renew them and the seems to be activity then it returns to the renewals with the listing still showing as requiring renewal.

This has always worked up until v1.8.2

Whats happening about this?

Yes. Expired listing renewals is not working

on free listings: page refreshes and nothing happens.

on paid listings: there is no visible package to select and proceed.(Look at the screenshot)

please help me on this. I cant open site for business.
