I have created a hierarchical business listing. When, however, I want to add a new listing, the subcategories are ignored so I get a jumbled list. How to show subcategories? This is the website http://coffeedirectory.com.au/submit-listing/
Did you make some customize in this theme? I am able to see all parent category or sub categories. See screenshot: If your are pointing other thing, let me know.
The only customisation I have done is to extend the vertical width as it was too small to suggest to the viewer there were additional categories to choose from. You correctly pointed out that parent categories and sub categories are shown. However, sub-sub categories are ignored. e.g. Parent is 'For cafes', sub-category is 'beverage suppliers;, sub-sub-category is 'tea suppliers'. What I want is the hierarchy as per the screen shot
