Listings continue to expire

One most recent listing was placed 08/31/2013 for a yearly listing. See website, http://www.flatheadguide.com
When I go to the CP and "Publish" the listing - it is ignored and the listing remaisn a "Draft".

My GeoCraft payment settings are for 1 year renewal.

Why is this continuing to happen and how can I fix this ASAP. I have other expired listings that should NOT be expiring (and many unhappy customers).

Hello Tom,

I have checked your dashboard. The reason why your expired listings are not publishing is "Set Expiry Date" field at the listing submit form (Admin panel).
To publish expired listings.. Edit then and leave "Set Expiry Date" field empty and then publish listing.



Please do let me know from where you are submitting listings.
From listing submit form (Admin side)
From listing submit form (User side)
Or through CSV upload.

Thank you, that solved my problem.

I seemed to be having the expiration issue from both sides, Admin & User. Now I know how to correct it if it happens again. Thanks.
