Listings expired, Business details messed up

    Hi. I need some help with something awful that happened.

    My business listings were set to expire by december 31st, 2015. On januari 1st I wanted to forward the expiration dates on all 200 accounts but found out that the business details of many listings had been messed up. Messed up in a way that business details of any client A appears in the listing of clients B, F, G, M etcetera, whereas details of these clients B, F, G, M (just an example) seem to be gone or misplaced elsewhere. I cannot change anything on the site. Once changed and saved, the pages return unaltered.

    Can you tell me what may have happened here?
    What can you advise me to do about it?

    Hello Steven,

    Better you update your theme and install a fresh copy from members area and you are suggested to use our Bulk Extend Expiry date plugin in the theme.

    This will resolve your issue,

    Thanks. Unfortunately I could not install it because the uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize value that is given in php.ini. Is that of concern to my hosting provider or anything you can fix or advose me on?

    Steven,

    That is issue with your hosting provider. Suggest you FTP the files. Hope this helps.

    You are all correct, provider issue confirmed. My hosting provider advises better to install an upgrade rather than the latest version of the theme. Previously made settings and translations might otherwise be lost.
    How do you advise?

    My priority is thread 19562 and so I have not followed up on this thread.
    I sent out the credentials some time ago.
    Will you advise me what is the status of this problem?

    - update the theme?
    - Not reïnstall the theme as it will undo translations?
