Hi Priyanka, A website www.zorgvoornop.nl collapsed in the first week of january. It contains 200 ads that expired 12/31/2015. Lifting the expiration dates revealed a major problem, as the business details of advertisers were completely mixed up or missing. Looks like the aftermath of an earthquake or Tsunami. Can we pick up where we left off and see if my site can be saved? Regards., Steven

Unfortunately I can't seem to find my way out of this problem. Installing a new copy of geocrafttheme V2 fails because a goal-file already exists (see scrprt1). I installed GC-expiry bulk update but don't see how it works.. Would you assist me? Rgds., Steven

Hi, Following your link, Version v2.08 is off, it does not link through (see scrprt 1). Only Geocraft v2 link works. In my members area I just see GeoCraft Wordpress Theme v2.0.7 but if I click on it, my access is denied (scrprt2). The second issue: Look at scrprt3 please. The plugin is activated but Expiry Bulk Update is not showing. Please advise? Thanks! Steven

Thanks Priya, for what you've done. I appreciate it much as it is one step forward to solve a big problem. Unfortunately the problem still exists. On 12/31 2015, all listings expired. On new years day, the information of all 200 private listings got shuffled, misplaced or seems lost. Please have a look at http://www.zorgvoornop.nl/?pages=8 Unfortunately installing an update of the theme did not do the trick. What can you still suggest? Is there a way to fix it, should I ask my server to reset it at X-mas time 2015? Or is this a total loss? Besides the above: Bulk listing set at 12/31/2020 does not work. Settings seem unchanged. Premiumlistings carroussel homepage is not working. Regards., Steven
Hello Steven, I have checked your dashboard and would like to tell you that there are so many duplicities in your listing over there and also noticed that there is no any expired listing and that's why the plugin didn't work for you.. By 12/31/2015 there were no duplicates, just about 200 entries, all profiles from individual clients. On 1/1/2016 everything got mysteriously scrambled, multiple entries, entries lost, information beloinging to one client put with the next... A tsunami. I do not know what happened or how to redo it. My provider cannot reset the website at a date before 12/13/2105. Is there anything you can suggest or is this a total loss in which case months of work have gone to waste? Please have a look inside a profile listing inside the backoffice. The entire section where to add pictures seems to be missing. And why is there no carroussel on homepage and category pages? I see that I can still restore some of the profiles by hand. That will be a tremendous job :-( Rgds, Steven
