Listings loop to have entrie listing a link.

Is there anyway to make the background of the listing loop clickable, so that the user can click anywhere in the listing and then it will go to the listing page?

I tried to add a link around the loop part on the homepage, but it looks like the link gets broken.
Any thoughts?

I have tried it but technically it is wrong to cover anchor with another anchor.
To make loop clickable we need to remove inner anchors. Including post image anchor which is default function of WordPress.
Ok so now i am looking towards you for solution.

 

Yeah I thought that would be the problem, with over-covering links. Thanks for the input Nitesh. I may have to go this route and remove all the inner links and just have one big basic one.
