Location map not showing up?

1) The location map used to show up in the main body of the listings but now it's gone (update?)...the address is in there but no map appears?
2) I have a widget on the sidebar also but it shows south africa or somewhere far far away...

 

Please check map custom field and make conform that it is set to active.

 

hate to sound stupid but where is that? I looked under geocraft settings - custom fields. address is the only thing there & next to that it says geo_map, active yes. If not there, where do I check elsewhere?

 

We are sending you the image showing all the three fields. Make sure that all those fields should be active.

 

Something messed up?....I only had first address line (geo_map).
I hit the reset options & now they show up on the list and I have them set to active but no map on listing page yet? It says text: LOCATION MAP, but no map displays
