Log in page layout is not right when selecting rtl option

Hi there,

If you select rtl from Settings > Styling Options > and under Theme Rtl option, select "rtl". then go to the login page in internet explorer. The boxes are not in the right places. See image

Thanks for your help. You fixed the major issue, but there is still a small thing ...

the boxes above UserName fields need to be adjusted as well. There are two of them

1. The box where "Create a free Account" text is present.
2. The box where "Sign In" text is present.

Both boxes are longer than they should. They should be aligned with the boxes below them. I attached a screen shot and marked the the section with red x in a red box.
