   I keep uploading the logo under general settings and it isn't showing up.

   Hello,
   
   It maybe a cache problem.
   So clear cache and deactivate cache plugin if installed.
   Secondly
   Check your logo image format and convert it to .png or .jpeg format. if it is in any other format.
