Loss of menu control for nav bar

    Since updating WP to 4.0 I no longer can select which custom menu populates the navigation bar under the header, see www.cclnwo.org. Only the Footer custom menu shows up there. Please advise.

    Do you want menu appeared in footer section also show in header section??

    Header section menu is set for Top Menu, but the Footer Menu shows there. I did temporarily change the footer section menu to the Top Menu so that I had navigation somewhere.
