Lost data

Twice I have had to re-enter all the data in my Infoway theme options. The first time it disapeared back to the default I thought I must have inadvertantly pressed the reset options button...although I was fairly sure this had not happened...then just as I finished readding all the information on EVERY TAB it did it again!!!!!!!!
NOT HAPPY - can you tell me what might be going on....I DID NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON AT ALL I know that 100% this time.

We are not getting such issue at our side, Please download your theme again from your members area and upload it and for security purpose change your dashboard details also.

 

Do you mean passwords etc? Nobody else was logged in, it was happening while I was updating it...twice.

Just change the password only for the security reason, nothing else.

 

Just to close this out...I reinstalled the theme and started again and so far so good.
