Lost Footer Sidebars

Hi,

My website recently crashed when I tried to upload a new Theme. I finally got it re-established by using a FTP program to access a previous copy of my site on the hosting server. [Is there a back-up system for WP and your Themes that you could recommend?]

Now I find that I have to re-add all of the sidebar widgets that have been lost.

Also I have found last night that I don't have any Footers on any of my Pages except for the Home page any more. Can you help me to re-establish the Footers on each page?

Its OK. I think I've fixed this issue.
