Made a mistake

Hi,

I have made a mistake and I don't know how I did it or how to correct it.

Here is a screenshot of my page with the mistake circled in red. If you can tell me how to delete it, I would be most grateful.

Download theme again from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

 

This was disappointing because while it did away with the unwanted text, it also removed everything else I had done.

 

So this is what I got when I tried installing the zip again:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home3/sitesbyb/public_html/faceliftpainless/wp-content/themes/squirreltheme/
Theme install failed.

 

I was able to reinstall but the text that I circled on the screenshot that I sent before is still there. Do you know how to access the code so that I can remove it?
