Mailpoet set-up problems

Hi

I am using the Mailpoet plugin for subscriptions and email newsletters. Setup fine, sending OK etc but when I use either the Mailpoet page or create a new page the unsubscribe or edit subscription does not work. Basically it does not bring up the Mailpoet page to change subscription instead it just brings up the home page. Is there a problem with the theme and Mailpoet and if so is there a fix?

May be any other plugins creating issue.
There is not any issue with themes and Mailpoet .
