Major bug with Infoway theme Leads Capture form

Please help I have the "leads capture form" that appears on the homepage of the Infoway theme. I have ensured that through my Word Press Cpanel I have navigated to "theme options" then to "Lead's capture settings" and under the area "email addresses" I have added my email address I want the email to go to. I then go to the front of my website and fill out the leads capture form hit send it tells me it has been sent but I do not get an email at all?. I then log into my Word Press Cpanel and go to "Appearance" and then "Leads Capture" it shows me the email I just sent so it goes through to this part but does not go automatically to my email address.

I presume this is a bug? please can someone get back to me as I am building a website for a client using this template and they need the form to work.

Infoway theme Leadcapture form send the mail on email that is entered on Appearance > Theme Option > Lead Capture Settings > E-mail Address

If it is not sending mail then please check your email id or enter any other email id, This will solve your issue, If not then,

Please contact to your sevice provider, they will solve your issue

 

I have tried using three different email addresses two are mine another a friends email still no luck does not work. I used the same email address for the plugin "contact form 7" worked fine but not with the leads capture form this is a bug not on my end but through the template please advise as I need to get this working.

 

??? please help as I am happy to continue paying for templates yet this one is not working with the leads capture I have installed the template on more than one domain and still same issue please respond as I need to get the clients site live this week, thank you.

I think they don't have support on a Sunday. I have the same problem and waiting since Friday for a reply/solution.
