Hi, I brought this up the other day, and would like my problem sorted. Another person has signed up and paid for my service, yet: 1) There monthly subscription shows on the listing that it expires in a year 2) There is no record of the payment in transactions 3) No matter which packages is chosen, it shows as a FREE listing I have attached screenshots of this and would really like one of you to logon to my directory and sort this out please as it's really annoying me.
